Quick HIIT Morning Workout and Flat Viewing

Today started with Oxyshred upon waking (started to hit the bottom of the tub- sad times!) and crawling out of bed was followed by a quick 15-ish HIIT cardio workout, meat and nut breakfast with a cup of hot lemon water. I’m just getting ready now to head out for day 2 of flat-viewings; one at 10.15 am then head home for lunch before the next viewing at 1.30 pm. I’m really hoping for a gym-sesh this evening, but for now, here’s this mornings workout:

Each Exercise is performed for 60 Sec back-to-back for the first round and 30 sec. for the second round.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Push Up-to-Burpee (hate this one 😉 )
  • Lunge Hops (30 Sec/each leg)
  • Side-to-Side Jumps (Stay in a Low Squat Position)
  • Frog Jumps
  • Back Lunge to High Knee
  • Side-to-Side Jumps (Stay in a Low Squat Position)
  • Mountain Climbers

I was seriously sweating by the end of this one, but I’m loving the fact that it’s only two rounds and the second one half the time- it just flies by. Give this quickie a shot and work hard- Please don’t forget to let me know how you get on! xx20131126-092910.jpg
